Day 4 , 26 March (:

Thursday's lesson for the EVDs was on manual rendering. 唐老师 demonstrated to us the different techniques of using the markers & how to make it look more "artistic". Though it was just a fundamental lesson, but we learnt alot.

The brand that they are using are unlike the COPIC markers we used back in Singapore. They are using a Korean brand called the TOUCH markers. The markers here are really really afforable. It is like 7RMB per marker. Which less than S$2 !!! 唐老师 was very good. He even went down to the art store & chose the colours for us. :D Appreciated.
After lesson, 唐老师 drove us (Yunjie,Melissa,ChunQuan) to his work place outside school. The purpose there was showing the types of softwares we used in Singapore and vice versa. Though it was the same software, but the way we & they called it is different. Like in Singapore, we call it the AutoCAD but here, they just said C.A.D. And for 3D Max, they call it 三D Max.

LUNCH TIME !!!
唐老师 together with another 2 colleagues of his treated us to 哈比比烤肉 "Ha Be Be" for lunch.
Yums! Majority of the meat there are beef & mutton. It is kind of hard to find chicken meat here.

Their cold dish here.

The picture below, they said it was an outer layer of the cow's heart. None of us dare to try it. Haha. But it sure looks yummy to them :D

They are fascinated with our Singapore dollar due to the fact that it is made out of a different material. He also took a dollar coin from ChunQuan as souvenir.

There he is !
After lunch was 30mins trip down to Changchun Planning and Construction Exhibition Gallery. It is similar to Singapore's Urban Redevelopment Authority.
Our 09 batch was 3 months late to see snow in Jilin. So we did our TDS'o9 like the last batch but on fake snow. =x
